Design Capabilities:

  • The complete computer aided development process is performed according to our certified design policy.   

  • sonoTECH's comprehensive electronic design capabilities include: Computer Aided Design (CAD), Schematic Entry, Computer Simulation of Analog and Digital Circuits, PCB Layout.

  • Complete tools for measurement and testing of electronic circuits are available, including: Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzers, In-Circuit-Emulators, etc..

  • Logic-Synthesis and Simulation is available for FPGAs and EPLDs (Xilinx, Altera, Vantis).

  • Simulation Programs for ultrasonic wave field simulation and transducer design allow beam profile optimizations prior to design.

  • sonoTECH's complete Software Development capabilities include: Pascal (Delphi™), 'C', and Assembly language programming for Micro Controllers (8051 family), DOS or Windows™ based computers with Pentium™ Processors and Digital Signal Processors (Analog Devices™ ADSP-21261 Sharc™).

Reference Projects:

  • Signal processing unit for color flow Doppler processing with the cumulative computing power of 1.3 GFlops in a cluster multi processor architecture of 10 DSPs providing a processing data rate of 30 MHz at 16 bits.
